What is a Virtual PBX

is a virtual receptionist, switchboard, and call center, for a standard office or
a virtual office. Features include call routing, follow-me calling, voicemail, fax-mail,
and ACD queues.By eliminating the need the for customer owned premise based equipment you are now

Find Me/Follow Me
Never miss a call again with our Find Me/Follow Me feature. Users now have
the ability to have their calls routed to any device - be it their office phone,
mobile phone or their home line. Devices can be assigned to ring simultaneously,
sequentially or calls can be directed directly to voicemail. Calls routes can be
customized to be dependant on the time, day or specific caller.

Unified Office Appearance
A feature for those who want to give the impression of a unified office, but
in actuality have a scattered team. Our PBX can have each extension forward
to different phone numbers. One extension can forward to a landline in one
country, and a separate extension can forward to a cell phone in a different
country.

In addition to the features of a traditional voicemail system, our Enhanced
Voicemail offers several key features to enhance functionality and productivity.

Voicemail can now be retrieved from anywhere in the

from your email or by directly dialing the voicemail system access number.

Control your email notifications at the touch of a button. Record scheduled greetings

greetings for different groups or individual callers.
- Personal IVR
Give callers the option to have their call forwarded to up to 3 different numbers.
Urgent calls can now be diverted instead being forced to leave a voicemail.
Easy Web-based Management
Employees now have the ability to manage all their own phone needs. With our
easy to use web-based management utility employees can now program which
devices they want to ring, view call logs, personalize voicemail, manage their
contact directory and much, much more.
Music On Hold
Whenever you place a call on hold, music will be played in
the background as your caller waits.
Call History
View missed, answered and dialed calls with a time/date
stamp from your web or PC client.
Call Park
Similar to placing a call on hold, but the call is retrieved
by dialing a code at another extension.
Soft Phone/PC Client
Make and receive phone calls using your desktop/notebook. A
headset or similar sound device is required. Perfect for
those on the road, no need to bring a phone set with you.

Personalized address books are stored remotely on our
servers so that they can be retrieved anywhere in the

Access an up-to-date company directory and your personal
directory from the Virtual PBX Client. Import any
generic file (e.g. from Microsoft Outlook) to your
Virtual PBX personal directory. Also, click to call from
Outlook with superior integration of the client tools.

Send instant text messages to any other user on the
RadiantOne network. Instant messages can be sent and
received both from your PC Client or hardware phone.

Send files securely to other RadiantOne Subscribers
through the PC Client.
- Whiteboard Sharing
Share image/illustrations/diagrams instantly anyone on
the RadiantOne network. All changes to the whiteboard
are updated in real time and can be seen instantly.

See who’s online, available or on the phone. You can also
create groups and personalized list of friends.

Forward all incoming calls to another destination.
- Caller ID Block
Allows you to block your identity when making a phone
call. This feature is always off until you activate it.
You activate this feature before you begin dialing.
- Speed Dialing
Dial any number with just 3 simple buttons. Program your
most important/frequently called contacts.
- Last Number Redial
Quickly redial the last number called without the use of
the ‘redial’ button.
- Multiple Simultaneous Calls
Make multiple calls at the same time. Simply put the
current caller on hold and then dial another number.
- Conference Calling
Join multiple parties together into the same
conversation.
- Free In-Network Calling
All calls made from subscribers on the RadiantOne
network to other subscribers will not incur long
distance charges or count towards your monthly minute
allotment regardless of location.
